I usually post more over at lj than ij. Forget to crosspost and all that and some days I wonder if anyone here reads anyways, besides you and one or two others. Most everyone is still on lj as well. The posts locked here are locked over on my lj too. I've been locking posts for ages for various reasons like specific filters to avoid flist spam, not wanting to share every life detail with the whole world like what are my specific work hours or not wanting people I don't know who have friended me from reading. What is with random flisting anyways and then not making a hi i'm soandso comment. It's not because of you and I know I have a drabble to comment on, it is in the to do list along with a pile of comment answering. I enjoy that you randomly comment on things or the random chats we have in Kalli's journal and spam her XD We're not as close as we used to be but I still think of how you might be doing and the like.

I've been meaning to send you a lj pm too asking if you were planning to do a surprise trip to con or anything and not tell until you show up. Just wanted to say that if you were thinking of showing up, twe and her other half are going as of a couple weeks back I think. Thought you might like the warning if no one else has told you yet. Not sure how I'm going to react to meeting twe finally. I couldn't believe it when I figured out that you two had broken up via reading semi cryptic moody posts. In all honesty I've taken her off my default view cos a lot of her posts didn't concern me or were too much emotion wise to be comfortable with or too cryptic and directed towards only a certain few in the know of whatever she was posting about. Sure it's the right of the owner to post as they please but eventually some will tire of posts they can't reply to or if they skip reading posts more than reading. I've been culling the flist of journals I do that to as it shows there isn't really much in common anymore...if that makes sense.

Right, gotta go check on the washing and get to those comments that need replies. Working all day long is evil and so I have to dry my work clothes inside at night and then pop them in front of the heater in the morning. I'm beginning to miss the sun.

Ah. Yeah, I found that I usually end up reading here than over at lj. That's understandable. I will say for the record that I did enjoy reading what went on in your life. I had left mine unlocked in case you ever decided to read or comment on what went on in my life.

The thought had crossed my mind to do a surprise trip to y-con, as I would have enough money to go and be able to enjoy myself this time.
However I won't be, knowing she'll be there. I don't need to hear about how she broke down and had a panic attack because she seen me.
I had posted the actual break-up on lj. I just put the messages and other things up to give my side of the story of the bullshit that ensued afterward and to prove that I wasn't the bad guy in events that happened.
She had broken up with me while she was dating someone else.

It makes sense. I've made lj friends only and am slowly going through the posts on ij (they don't have the nifty make everything f-locked all at once feature). Eventually, cept for a few of the amusing posts or the ones I refer to more often will be unlocked.

Take care of yourself and maybe I'll see you at y-con, once I actually get around to going to y-con. I somehow think it won't be happening anytime soon. Just not comfortable with the idea of going, even though I want to see lots of the people who go.

Was doing a super quick before I zoom off to work chat with Kalli and we both think you should go. If you'd be comfortable. Everyone has a right to go to con and we'd both like to see you and I'm sure there's others who would want to meet you too. If twe wants to cause drama she'll be told to nick off. We generally avoid drama in our group so far. We're all there to have a good time and fit a years worth of insanity and squee into a week and a bit. As far as I know twe's plans are to arrive close to the start of con and then stay a couple weeks after on a holiday of sorts.

My 'group' includes: me, kalli, zalia, amidoji, nekofreak, dark_squall, bloodstaindnght, terrayndian, ehcnalava, kenderlyn, lntora, trespassor...and a few random others like roxasbones who is coming this year...kenderlyn isn't coming though which is sad. ln is the one you had a big fight with on the rp besides our fight...and I think that's it for general hints of who is who and if you've had run-ins with them before that I know of.

I think I did go and check over on your journal after seeing hers about the break-up. It is not nice to start dating another when you're still supposed to be committed to one person. I'm wondering if I shouldn't have unfriended her right away. If you do decide to come to con, should I warn twe? Because I think you'll be hanging out with us if you come along *nods*

Chances of me going to con next year are slim. Got a family holiday planned in September/October and I don't think I'll be able to afford both trips. Will have to see when con falls and if I can get the time off work along with a cheap flight.

it's all good! you're a busy gnome, not slow! i just couldn't remember if i had sent it or if i was going to and thought i did, but didn't! not losing my mind...really! lol
